ARTICULATED DUMP TRUCKS

Articulated Dump Trucks, also known as Offroad Dump Trucks, move large amounts of heavy materials over rough terrain like unfinished construction sites.  The front tractor section of an articulated dump truck is connected to the rear hauler or trailer section by hydraulic cylinders. These cylinders allow the rear section to move dynamically and dump at an angle or in corners.
