Grapples, thumbs, and integrated thumb buckets greatly improve efficiency and safety when working with bulky materials. Heavy materials like trees, poles, roots, and demolition items can be picked up, moved and loaded using the claw-like function of a Grapple. Grapples can work in a mechanical fashion or using hydraulics with rotation.  


When digging with an excavator and bucket, the addition of a thumb can help clear common debris that get in the way.  Buried rocks, rebar, and other materials can be grabbed and moved very easily while scooping up and loading bulky materials.  Bottom Line Equipment has hydraulic thumbs and integrated thumb-buckets for use with every size of excavator carrier in our fleet.  From 3 to 50 Metric Tons, bucket thumb packages allow great versatility on heavy dirt job sites.
